      Hello, my order ID is 382035, and I received the following message from Tara Rathore of Bajaao.com
      “Thank you for contacting us.
      As per our courier partner update, your order has been delivered to you.
      We would love to do business with you in future, please contact us whenever you need our products and services in the future.”

      As a matter of fact I never got my product, I think Bajaao ran away with my money. This company has been mental harassment for me from day one, I will never recommend anyone to purchase from them. And at last when after multiple calls and emails, they gave me my tracking ID. They say the product is delivered. Where is my product? Where is my money? I will file a FIR and raise this dispute to Consumer Court first thing tomorrow. I’m done with this company, they need to pay me for the mental harassment I have been subjected to.

        Hello, My order Id is 382035; I ordered my guitar on 31st of January and still have no information about the delivery. While they claim they shipped it; it has been 10 days and I have not received any tracking details or notification whatsoever. While the status on their app shows “Processing/Packed”. I called them and sent numerous emails; none of the customer care executives (especially Tara Rathore) seem to address the core problem of mine. Where is my order? When will it get delivered? If they say, it will be delivered by 28th Feb; I will be ok with that too, but saying it is shipped while the order is probably not even shipped and lying to customer is not good.

        I urge immediate response from Bajaao team, or else I will be forced to press legal charges against them.

        They mailed me the tracking id, and said they shipped via “Manual Shipper”
        When I asked what is Manual Shipper; they said they already delivered my order, I never got it. They scammed me and ran away with my money. Please help.

          Need a refund or a new product key as the one received with my audio interface doesn't allow me to register on the manufacturers website as the serial number provided on the back of the devices is already used.

          Being struggling to connect with customer care and every one keeps saying they have forwarded the query
          Bajaao customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          Writing to bajaao helpdesk is a futile exercise. They just beat around the bush and take you for a ride. Bajaao is no one cheating company. Never buy anything from them. THey are not approving my return and refund despite clearing bringing it to their notice defect in the product. They hide behind helpdesk. Never respond to mails or calls. Bad tactics and will be detrimental to their business in long run. They have no values and core ethics at all.

            I broesed Bajaao site for a guitar but had not purchased it. I was called by Bajaao tech Sridharh saying that they have a Fender CV Made in Mexico ready at the warehouse. So I thought its a good bargain an purchased it. He convinced me that I will receive a Mexican Fender. I received the guitar yesterday 04 Feb 2022 and they sent me an Indonesian make guitar. I called up Sridharh and he said he will call me back but no one called to resolve me issue. I emailed bajaao instantly but I did not receive a single feedback. So I left a review giving them 1 star. They are selling by giving erong information to customers. This is very unacceptable. Bajaao needs to get my item replaced with the product I was promised for.

              I bought a guitar amp as an Open box item but it is totally defective and seems like was sent for repair in a south mumbai electronics repair shop. Don't buy from the crooks of Bajaao. These guys are literally doing a Bajaao job on the customers.

                Hi,

                I purchased one guitar which seems to have some damage, so as per company policy i had to delivered it back. So as per our discussion and mail confirmation i was told that i would receive a new guitar as it comes under warranty. But its been close to 2-3 months now nobody is responding upon my mail, calls and there is no sign if i am going to receive my guitar or money back yet. I have called and asked multiple times to connect to a supervisor to share my concern but none of the executive has done that. So disrespectful and unprofessional. I want some action to be taken against them please help me.

                  I ordered a drum kit and an amplifier totalling 79.7k and thereafter the company has dispatched my order as per them through a closed down courier company in whose warehouse my product is sitting for 14 days. Bajaao customer care says everyday it will get dispatched tomorrow but nothing happens. No complaint is taken...they hang up my call upon insisting to talk to supervisor. So many days they have not resolved the issue neither do they take complaints about their pathetic customer care people nor do they reply to emails. This is cent per cent fraud. Plz help. If I cancel now my credit card will tax me anyway on the transaction made even if the order was not fulfilled. These pathetic losers are totally indifferent after taking my money

                  It is better to cancel now and pay a small fine than wait for 10-20 days and another 10-20 days for the refund.

                    I ordered an equipement from Bajaao.com and shortly after that they emailed saying that the shipment is delayed and might arrive in January 2022 end. So I opted for a refund, however, now it has been 2 weeks and everytime I email them or call them, they say I will get the refund in 24 working hours. This is getting out of hand now, how many days do I need to get a refund? This is not a way to do a business, tried Bajaao for the first time...

                    First they are providing wrong products in the Box.. then NOT responding to emails.. 10 days has passed and my pick-up for replacement is NOT scheduled yet.

                          I Placed an order for Electric Bass (Yamaha TRBX174) and Amplifier (Hartke HYDRIVECOMBO25 ) on Aug 3rd. The order number is 351095. The order was shipped out on two tracking number[protected]Electric Bass) &[protected]Amplifier). They delivered Electric Bass on tracking number[protected] instead and now neither Bajaao.com nor FedEx is aware of where is the Amplifier . There is no tracking information updated on FedEx website for tracking number[protected] from Aug 3. I have made repeated call to Customer care and they keep repeating the statement that they will track the package and once it is returned to Warehouse they will initiate the refund. They are neither delivering the product nor initiating the refund. The Ticket number raised with Bajaao.com is Ticket No:[protected].

                                Bajaao.com Order No. 321877. Issue: I have order Casio Piano PX560 along 9 other products on 30th April, however I have received Artesia piano on 7th April, and after notifying to customer care team (Mr. Ronit) on same day. I haven’t see my correct order is shipped. I would like to escalate this casual attitude of incorrect shipment and not sending my product on time to me. Please note I have sent back the wrong product sent by your team. However my is still getting wasted. Is there any senior official out there in Bajaao.com who is interested to look into such issue. Please don’t answer that your customer care team would get back, as they never call back for any service request. They only call back for sending new invoice.

                                  With reference to the concerned subject, I would like to inform you that on being allured by one of your sales executives ( student counselors as you name them), named Mr Vivek George through repeated phone calls in November 2020 and thereafter by the misrepresentation and concealment of facts given by various executives in your enterprise, I had opted for registration of my nephew in Byju's Early learn programme for Class 3. It is noteworthy that at the time of payment of registration fees and signing the documents, I was made aware of my non-negotiable right as a customer to recall the registration at any point of time on being dissatisfied by the mode of learning programme.

                                  After starting to use the product, we found the learning mode and style to be totally unsatisfactory and unsuitable for my nephew ( as well as his parents' opinion) and hence I approached Vivek George within a week to get everything cancelled. He assured me then that everything has been taken care of, along with the initiation of the cancellation process and that I just would have to wait for the next steps to happen from their end.

                                  At the time of registration, I had made an initial payment of Rs 5, 000 towards the course which was done via UPI mode. I was asked by Vivek to provide a letter in white paper authorising Byju's to process a loan account with Avanse for Rs 30, 000 to be split into 12 tranches of Rs 2, 500 each, supposed to start debiting my account on the 7th of every month from January 7, 2021 onwards. He had also clearly mentioned that whenever the package is cancelled, Byju's shall also stop debiting the monthly payouts henceforth. This NACH mandate has not been cancelled (at the time of writing this)even now by Byju's despite informing them last year.

                                  Upon receiving no communication from Byju's, I have been reaching out to the various helpline numbers for cancellation. Meanwhile, all Byju's executives/ call centers have mysteriously stopped attending my calls from the registered number and there was no communication from any of the central relationship advisors ( contrary to the initial days when people used to call me daily). I would be able to connect and talk to an agent only if I call from a number other than the registered number.

                                  I long suspected something was amiss and after much following up in December itself, I could get through again to this person called Mr Akhilesh Anil who again informed me that the cancellation is in process and that they would require to speak to the child's parent (my brother in law, since the child is my nephew) upon which I duly passed it on as well. Unfortunately, they never got back to him while I had to narrate the same story to multiple people at the helpline numbers who kept on assuring a call-back in the next 15 minutes. This would never happen, though.

                                  All of this happened in December while I got an SMS in Avanse's name stating that the EMI debit would start on January 7th much to my shock. I would have made atleast a hundred calls, written similar number of mails looping all Byju's email IDs but till date ( as on March 12, 2021), I haven't received a single call back from the team. Further debits happened for February 2021 while for March 2021, it didn't happen automatically despite my account having sufficient balance and later, Byju's/Avanse collection executives called me and asked to pay them directly as the scheduled debit didn't materialize, again due to no fault of mine on an urgent basis, barring which they would file a report that could negatively impact my credit scores. Due to an absolute lack of any communication or commitment in emails from Byju's customer care, I chose not to take any chances and made a payment at the link provided by the executive, all for a product, that I have been requesting Byju's to cancel since November 2020.

                                  In view of all the above traumatic experiences dealing with the utterly unprofessional work ethic of your company executives, I have been repeatedly requesting and reminding you to cancel my registration with Byju's e-learning programme but till date, all my requests through mail/call have been left unheard and unredressed. I have further requested you to suspend the process of NACH already instituted against my account but the same has also not been paid any need. This is gross misconduct from your part as for the last 4 months, I have made over a hundred phone calls to your customer support numbers, mentor helpline numbers, various employees etc and everytime, they would promise a call back immediately ( either 15 minutes or 24 hours at max) which is purely a fake commitment.

                                  Sir/Madam, by not cancelling the said registration and by initiating the process of pulling funds from my account through NACH transfer mode when I have clearly told and communicated that you shouldn't, you have grossly misused the authorization taken from me and you are requested to stop this with immediate effect and confirm to me in writing about the same.

                                  You are also expected to cancel the programme registation with immediate effect and process my refunds, failing which I shall be initiating all possible legal recourses provided to me as an aggrieved consumer, in accordance with the rule of the land, against you and all of your executives, both current & past, who have been a part of this immense harassment that has been meted out to me in the last few months ever since I subscribed to your product/service and chose to exercise my right to cancel it.

                                  I further request you to stop the misuse of my authorization for automatic money transfer from my account with immediate effect as I have cancelled the authorisation as well as the mandate for you to pull money from my account.

                                  As my authorization for such money transfer stands withdrawn, if at all any amount is pulled out from my account or any charges for declined transaction are levelled against me, it shall be treated as a clear case o[censored]nauthorized money transfer and hence the officials of Byju's shall be held responsible for such monetary loss and other damages.

                                  In anticipation of the impending cancellation of registration as well as the long due refund of the money that has been falsely siphoned off from me through clear-cut wrongful and illegal ways of doing business by Byju's, I'm sending in a conditional note of thanks in advance.
