This claim is with respect to my recent travel from US to India. The trip was delayed by 35 hours and there was missed connection. I had applied for insurance claim and after more than 2 months meticulous follow-up and providing all documents the insurance company approved a claim of 2484 rupees which is no where close to the what policy mentions.

The policy mentions USD 120 for trip delay and USD 250 for Missed connection which is atleast Rs30000. There is no proper answer when i asked for the reason for such low insurance approval.

Kindly process the correct claim amount for this insurance.
