Very very bad customer service
I have tried to contact your representative many times, send emails and also "make call me" option from my ulip policy no. [protected] regarding an issue, no one is calling me back and trying to solve my issue, i was told that i will get a call back from a concerned person or an sr. Supervisor to solve my problem. But no one called me... After trying a lot i have got a call and was suggesting me to go to the nearest branch... 2e/8, jhandewalan extension, near jhandewalant metro station, near yes bank, new delhi, delhi - 110055. Telephone -[protected].
In this branch i have put my concern in front of a manager name:- mr. Mayank vasist.. But he is unable to solve my problem...
My issue was that i have put my funds into 1) liquid fund and 2) equity growth fund,
And after some time i have switched my fund from liquid fund to accelerator mid-cap fund two. I have put my 100 percent fund in these two funds.
But when my premium was paid. My fund was put into again in a liquid fund.
Now my fund was put into 3 different funds. I don't want to put my fund into a liquid fund. Then why it was done without putting it into my knowledge. I just want to invest in two funds only.
My port folio is managed by me only.
