Bajaj Allianz — Hitachi AC not in working condition since after purchased in March 2022

I had purchased 1 ton Hitachi AC in March 2022 and it was provided with 2 years extended warranty by CPP Group India Assets Secure mentioning any repair/replacement will be borne by the company for the extended period. The insurance provider in this case is Bajaj Allianz and the Membership no. of the insurance is AS1453828.

I've terrible time since the time I purchased this AC. It got 4 times cooling issues as below:

1. Cooling issue right after the purchase in mid of 2022 which was then resolved by Hitachi as it was in company's warranty.
2. Next year in 2023, I faced the same issue of no cooling which was detected as gas leakage by technician sent by CPP Asset Secure team.
3. This year in May 2024, I logged new complaint with CPP Asset Secure team for the same recurring issue of gas leakage. Technician visited and mentioned that condenser coil of the AC is not working along with the leaked gas. Technician took 3 weeks to replace the condenser coil and refilled the gas.
4. Right after third day of repairing on 25th May 2024, AC failed to cool again and I called the same technician to inspect for which he mentioned that the when AC is on, its indoor and outdoor unit starts to vibrate which burst the copper pipes and creates gas leakage issue.

Since I've been struggling for past three years to get it in a working condition, I demand a full refund of invoice value or replacement with a new unit in working condition.
