I have been facing multiple issues from Bajaj Allianz team since Jan-2020, the issue is still open and has no end to it.
Let me brief you,
1) I have been asking for NCB certificate which I was planning to avail the benefits while buying my new car
Mr Santosh Manager at Bajaj Allianz has misled me unless I sell the vehicle, he won't be able to provide, which he would have done by cancelling the policy or demanding the benefit which I availed during the policy renewal
2) After 30+ mail requests he agreed to provide the NB in Aug-2020 but only soft copy of it, which is of no use I continued my fight again
3) In the month of Sept -2020 he cancelled my policy and confirmed that the pro-rata basis amount will be refunded, but no NCB had copy received, continued my fight
4) Somewhere in October I could receive the Hard copy but no refund
5) Mr, Santosh continued his don't care attitude and no refund yet even after 15+ reminders
I have put grievance head customer service in the loop every time, unfortunately, no one responded and took the ownership of my issue for last 11 months.
I am really fed up of this Bajaj Allianz insurance company, please help me to get rid of this issue.
