Hi,
I called Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance customer service yesterday around 7PM to get my monthly premium receipts for the running financial year 2015-16 since my mode of payment is monthly. They raised a request on this and they told it will delivered within 24 hours to my email id.
Again i called them since i didn't receive it. They again gave me reference number : 61476382 to follow this. I received the statement within 2mins. Unfortunately it is consolidated one. Again i called customer service and explained that this consolidated statement is available in my individual login, i need monthly premium receipts. They told that they are not processing this type of requests and they cannot provide monthly premium receipts. I told to escalate the call to their supervisors but they are not ready to address this.
Facility to generate the monthly premium receipts in individual login is not available, else i would have downloaded it from there and would have not gone to customer service. Even am not getting the monthly premium receipts in my email once premium is debited from my account.
