I recently purchased BAJAJ CT110ES BS-6 Bike from New Smart Motors (NSM), Badkhal Market, Badkhal Pali Road, Opp. Sector 48, Near Truck Market, Badphal N.I.T. Faridabad - 121001.
I purchased bike on 29th December, 2020. First 2 weeks bike run smoothly but first day after first service of bike I start facing problems. Bike was turning off automatically once a day anytime when I was driving a bike. I paid approx. Rs. 470/- for Service of Bike.
On 30th December, 2020, Bike was turning off again & again when I was going to my home from office at night.
On 31st December, 2020, at morning my bike didn't started. I tried for 1 hour but no luck. Finally I was forced to go to office in CAB which costs me around Rs. 430/- and I reached office 1 hour late.
On 2nd January, 2021, I submitted bike to NSM Motors for fixing an issues and bike was in service center for 3 days. They tried to make a lot of efforts to fix an issue and anyhow I get the bike yesterday on dated 05th January, 2021. I was in service center for whole day due to which I missed my office. Reaching Service Center at morning to collect the bike cost me around Rs. 130/- . I get the bike at 6:30 PM and I came to my home and in between bike was running smoothly.
But again today morning on 06th January 2021, I tried to start the bike to go to office but bike didn't started. I tried to start the bike for 40 minutes but no luck. Finally I complaint this to NSM Motors again and they are collecting the bike again.
Again today, this issue cost me Rs. 425/- to reach the office.
What is the point of purchasing a new bike of bajaj if I forced to go to office in CAB and paying more than Rs. 400/- for one side visit?
Now I finally decided to submit a complaint of this. Now I want a new bike from Bajaj or refund of my money along with the money which I paid to Taxi Service due to this issue. Total amount which cost me is Rs. 66, 470/-
