This email is for raising complaint against kalyani bajaj at mekhari circle bangalore. Below are my list of complaint.
1. Over charged labor amount in bill, charged rs 1600 for labor fees for normal paid service.
2. Fake bill, labor charge is not mentioned clearly on bill, it is mentioned as some "out source job" and "front fork removal" which i have not used in my service.
2. Delivered vehicle late then promise time which wasted my half of day leaving my work. I gave bike at 8.30 am morning, promised delivery time at 1 pm, got call for receiving bike at 2 pm. I reached there at 3 pm but got delivery of my bike at 4.45 pm. They also don't have pickup/drop service (But in website it is mentioned service is there).
3. Miss behavior from staff. Even if they did mistake, they were not aggree to lis
4. Fooling customer by adding services/repair that not required. Made bill amount of rs 4000. Asked me to change gear ring, clutch assemble, front break - how so many problem come with my bike, though i do servicing regularly from authorized service, does it mean previous service guy did not did good service?
Details explanation :
I went to kalyani bajaj at mekhari circle for my 2nd paid service @17000km as i was facing a small gear problem from last 2 days. Service center guy asked me to change clutch assembly and gear ring. I said yes as i was not aware of it what is it.
At the end they charge me rs4000. Among that rs 2300 was spare parts cost and rs1600 was labor cost.
In details :
They initially gave me a bill of rs 2400, i paid the same and about to leave, but as i see labor charge is rs 1600, i raised a concerns and they said they will reduce it wait and few minutes later they come with rs 1500 extra bill saying we forgot to add this in part bill. I said i was about to leave and only because i stayed to asked some explanation about extra charge.
Then i said ok please adjust the new amount with previous extra charged labor amount and tell me figure so that i can pay. But they we disagree with that and forcefully stopped me to pay all amount.
And said "we can't reduce or adjust labor price once invoice is done with this extra part, so pay this extra". Does that means they can put any amount and customer needs to pay it?

I have already raised complaint via phone and email to Bajaj ( [protected]@bajajauto.co.in ) on 13 jun 2018.
But I have not received any response from the team.
If you do relay care your customer, please respond at least.
