Hi team. I am facing a hectic problem with my pulsar 150cc bike from last 4months.I lives in kharagpur.I have gone paschim Medinipur Bajaj service centre (R K BAJAJ) with a problem of automatic start off & a continuous knocking of my bike.they told me to change the air filter, carburettor & some small parts.. there I have spent something about 5K then after 10 days I am facing the same problem.Then I go to kharagpur (R K BAJAJ) service centre, there they told me to keep the bike for some days, I said ok but I want the bike finally ready.i kept the bike for 5 days.they called me & told to change the spark plug, plug cap.i said ok change it..after that 5-6 days I am facing the same issue with my bike..#knocking & #auto start off..
Dear Bajaj i want to know that..u r a good reputed company in India but why u r not providing good service to consumers..???why u r not keeping that much of well trained mechanics??? Why I will face this type of problem day by day??? I have spent money, time everything but the result is a big zero...
Please concern this matter or else I have to take other action..
