Hi, I gave my bike for servicing on 29th Nov and got a commitment that will get the vehicle on 30th Nov. On 30th Nov, when I went to receive my bike, they suggested that my Battery is dead and I have to submit the warranty card to claim a new battery. I provided the warranty card as per their requirements. Post that they asked me to wait for 2-3 days for the new battery replacement. It's been 8 days. Still, they are not providing the bike and asking me to wait for another week. Every time I am calling them, they are quoting a new date. Today when I went to the service center and asked them that, please repair as soon as possible, bcoz I can't wait for a half month just to replace the battery. Then the way the service center in charge behaved was pathetic. They asked me to take the bike and said we can't repair it. Either you have to wait for another week or do whatever you want to do. That time I simply walk away from the service center, because I don't want drama over there.
Please help me to get my vehicle. I tried everywhere. But didn't get a single response. Also complaint against the dealer 3 days back over the bajaj customer service number. But no response. My last option is the legal way.. If I won't get any solution by EOD. Will take legal action against Bajaj Auto Was this information helpful? |
