This is to bring to your kind notice the problems faced by me during the purchase of a new bajaj pulser 150 cc
On 25th january 2019 i had been to susee auto, tirunelveli-vallioor -627117. I paid full cash rs.83000/- and booked a bajaj pulser 150cc. The sales person told me the overall cost is rs.83000/-, but bill amount in bill rs.79050/- when i asked him to give me the break-up for rs.83000/-, it was not given clearly to me.
Ask branch manager bad word and i[censored] need take a bike otherwise leave it... No cash refund... Vallioor head office in tirunelveli susee auto sales manager told i will clear the problem.. Discuss to owner refund your amount in cheque wait one week... After one week i call to tirunelveli sales manager wait again two days... After i call two days.. He is anger me, wait sir why you me... If you need money wait send your account number... My son in law no account... He is told only bike purchass person account number need otherwise cheque only provided ok sir when will get... Wait 5 minutes sales manager told after one hours again to call,.. Sales manager anger me... Not refund you any think do it no problem... Sales manager s. Subramanian number [protected],... Any one some idea how to file consumer court case file...
