I had raised a request for the insurance coverage for part replacement of my two wheeler with Khivraraj Bajaj, for which I had paid 5000/- advance for part procurement from their end, which was to be adjusted in the final bill post service. It's been more than a month now and I haven't received a confirmation about part availability from Bajaj Auto.
I'm sure that I'm not the only one to be raising this kind of complain as Bajaj has a long history of dis-satisfied customers due to their unprofessionalism.
I've attached the receipt, that was hand-written by the guy at service centre, dated 21 Sept 2020 for the advance payment. Since then, I haven't got any confirmation from the service centre. I've been trying to reach them to ask for updates and everytime they have the same answer stating that parts are not yet available.
How is it possible that parts for a bike, which is still sold and for which manufacturing hasn't been stopped, are not available in any warehouse/service centre in the whole city.
If someone could escalate this request to higher management in Bajaj Auto, I would really appreciate it.
