I purchased Bajaj Avenger 180 Street on 19/03/2018. The vehicle is not starting now. After giving it to your authorized service center LN Motors ( Which is a franchise of VST Bajaj), they say the clutch plate inside the magnet assembly has gone. First of all, I don't understand how can a brand new bike face such a problem. Even your service mechanics don't seem to have an answer for this. Secondly, they say the part is not available anywhere and will have to be ordered from the company itself. This will take at lease 3 days from the date of dispatch to reach us, and upon asking if its been dispatched, we get a reply telling that they don't know. I also got to here that 'sir even we are helpless, we are also like you only, we too just have to wait'. REALLY? An authorized service center person telling that he's also like me only. Whats that supposed to mean to me? Whom else am I supposed to go to now? This is a very bad and pathetic experience given to me by bajaj. Its been a week now that my vehicle has been left at your service station, I have to travel almost about 40-50 kms daily, which I'm doing now with the help of public transport, in spite on investing such heavy amount in a brand new bike. Really unprofessional and bad service given to me by your dealer. Even after repeated follow ups there's no satisfactory response. I'm as much annoyed as sad to purchase the bike and regret the decision to be your customer. Was this information helpful? |
