Hey! One day an anonymous party issued a LOTTERY to my father at a Petrol station by saying you will be contacted if got selected and 1 week later they called saying he has won a LOTTERY gift it has came from Delhi and you have to come with your wife to receive it my father told them that he can come alone but they forced him to come with his wife.
So today 19/09/2021, they went to the address and that turned out to be one of your Company office I don't if they were fraud or what but they didn't gave the gift instead they tried selling an insurance policy which was totally trash and unpromising, unrealistic and ###. They didn't even had any document or any policy book or anything of that sort they just explained the policy on paper, how ridiculous is that. When my parents tried contacting me about their decision whether to take the policy or not they pretended to be so busy and in hurry that my parents couldn't even tell me the whole thing and paid them through ATM swipe card worth of Rs. 65000. Afterwards they just gave them a diary, one booklet which has numbers of two of the employees and very cheap quality of glass cups which were obviously not from delhi ( fraud company ). Later when my parents arrived they told me whole thing and I immediately told them to go back and cancel the policy, I myself went to their office.
Things that happened their are so humiliating and unprofessional that I can't believe if it was original bajaj capital cause it's really ruining the company's reputation.
I went their being a college student and my parents being innocent and not knowing how cunning these sales people are. I told them we don't want the policy and cancel it as I have came the same day it's not even 24 hours yet. They tried asking for reasons and convincing to continue till 3 years ( original policy being of 16 years) but I knew that after 3 years no value will be returned to us.
I denied all their information and told them straightforwardly to cancel my policy and return my money back. But the all 3 employees one lady and two men tried to harrass me infront of my parents, asked me stupid questions regarding my education and even tried to make me against my parents by calling me a traitor and saying that I think my parents are silly and all other defaming things to me and my parents.
Later after fighting verbally to them they said wait for 15 days and didn't assured to cancel my policy.
I request kindly to The original Bajaj Capital Company, that stop this nonsense scheme of LOTTERY. Cancel the policy the same day the costumer says it to cancel cause it's our money and until we haven't got any money from your side we have the right to take our money back.
