Sir/ Madam,
Unfortunately, I purchased 4 geysers of your company for my new home from Vijay Sales from Delhi on 3rd week of October 2021 (Bill Attached). I got it installed at my home in Vaishali, Ghaziabad, UP, in the last week of October, which was again not without a problem. After a couple of days one of the geyser starts leaking from the pipe for which I raised complaint, and it was repaired.
After a couple of days again, another geyser starts leaking, for which I again raised a complaint. The engineer visited the site and as per his statement the geyser is defective and needs replacement. He disconnected it and said that someone will take care of it sooner. After waiting for 2 days I received a call that they are sending me soft copy and after showing that I will have to get new geyser from Vijay sales, which I objected that why I should visit the shop again and again. I should get the replacement on site. Now few days had passed but no one seems to take care of the situation. This is not at all expected from the company of your repute.
I request you to kindly initiate action and get me onsite replacement with immediate installation.
Moreover when I last wrote similar mail I was asked to write again as it seems Bajaj company is different in Delhi and UP. And instead of focussing on rectifying the problem customer care is focussed more on the division of areas
