Hi,
I got a call from [protected] a week back that I am eligible for a loan against insurance up to 30 lacs. As I was in a need of loan, I applied for RS 4 lacs loan and they said 10% LIC premium will be deducted each year for 10 years. After 10 years the value will be 2.5 times, out of which 50% Bajaj Finance will take and 50% would be given to me. It was a good scheme so I transferred 40000 I'm their account
Bajaj fin, A/c No:-[protected], Ifsc Code:-MAHB0001239, Bank Name:-Bank Of Maharashtra
After that they called me again and said they need NOC charges too to process the loan application and I transferred 25000 RS again in the below account
Bajaj Fin, A/C NU:[protected], IFSC Code-CBIN0283526, Bank name-Central bank of india
Again they called me after 1 day that in my account big transaction is not done from last 3 months so I have to pay 35750 RS more to get it cleared. I asked for cancellation of the applied loan but then the person named Ashutosh having number [protected] told that cancellation will take a lot of time and there will be cancellation charges too. So he told to transfer the money in the first account again so that loan can be processed. I transferred Rs 35750 again and then he did not pick the call again. I called him more than 50 times and there is no response from him.
Bajaj Finance is looting people by offering loan against insurance at 0% interest.
I have already trasnferred Rs 1, 00, 750 and yet to receive any update. After transferring the money I got to know more people have registered such compalint agains Bajaj Finance fraud.
The address told by them and in the written approval mail is below
BAJAJ Finserv Personal Loan Gurgaon, 3rd Floor, 2320/1 Empire Tower, Opp. Air Force Station/School, Old Delhi Gurgaon Rd, Sukhrali Enclave, Sector 17, Gurugram, Haryana 122001
I have already reported this to police and will be publishing an article in newspaper and on social media against this fraud.
Kindly call me on [protected] if you have also faced this fraud from Bajaj Finance.
Regards,
Aditya
