Am Ramesh my mob num is [protected], i brought my i phone through Bajaj finance at reliance digital, Orion mall, Bangalore, as executive said my order is eligible for 3000rs cash back, once i cleared my first 3 EMI's without bounce, i can get cashback, already paid 8 EMI;s without bounce, this is my last EMI, i received my bajaj card 4 months back, my card num is [protected] but still i did't get my Cash back of Rs 3000, Loan ref num is "sf21662152", scheme num is 31659,

Mailed to bajaj finserv care regarding my issue..they sent confirmation to my mail..saying that ur cash back will be credited with in 3-4 working days..after 2 days they credited to my registered account..

I am rohit i bought samsung s10+ mobile through bajaj finance at nirav mobile shoppe boisar.The offer stated that within 90 days the Rs 6000 cashback will be credited in the bank account but it's already 128 days yet i have not received the cashback.
Loan ref num is "577DPFEG073884.
Please look in to the matter.

I have opted for Salaried Personal Flexi Loan on 23rd Sep-2021 and the Loan #- P400PSP3137975.
Vikrant is the sales executive from Bajaj contacted me and assured for Rs.10000 cash back once the loan availed that is the processing fees and other charges will be given back to me in one month.
But still I am not recieved and when I try to contact no one respond back.
Please do the needful.
