Hello Sir,

This is in regards to the recent Personal Loan taken from Bajaj Finserv (Agreement No. 400PHT[protected]. Please find the below details:
Preapproved Loan Amount Finance : 3, 24, 000
Amount got in my Account : 3, 05, 000
Agreement Date 31/07/2016
Interest Rate 12.46 %
Tenure (In Months) 60

Till now I have paid 7 EMI's of 8, 765 INR per month and the total is INR.61, 355 for my loan amount which I received in my bank account of INR.3, 05, 000 (of approved amount of 3, 24, 000).

As I want to close this loan and requested them for the pre-closure / foreclosure but they are sending me the huge amount to be the final settlement like Interest for the month charges of Rs.4, 086.33 and Foreclosure charges @ 4% at O/S principal and again Interest on Termination Rs.177.67 per day (i.e. again 4, 086.33).

They imposed many charges to close this loan and in the starting they said there will be no foreclosure / pre-closure charges to close this loan and now they imposed it and also the monthly interest charges are doubled.

Till yesterday I have paid 7 EMI's for personal loan and If I asked you for the pre-closure you are trying to impose all the double charges on me like monthly interest and pre-closure charges etc. I will close this loan by this week and for that send me the detailed statement, foreclosure / pre-closure amount for the final settlement to close this PL permanently.

Please Note: I am a diabetic patient and also have the cataract in both of my eyes. I am a middle class person and financially limited due to which I want to close this loan at the earliest.

              Respected Sir/ madam: yesterday i have posted my compliant, once again i am posting the complinat .0n 04.03.17 i went to purchase a split A/c from metro shopping mall yeshwant pur bangalore by using Bajajn fin emi card, There urs employe named as "ram prasad(He him self told his name as ramprasad)he was not allowed me to the A/C, He told that my account has mismatching with another person named as suresh S/O.Manjunath has not paied his EMI, my name is also suresh, both are mismatching, so urs employe told that he has to get clarification from his head office, until unlees reply from his concenred offcier he will not allowme to purchase A/C. As per metro shopping mall employ information On 04.03.17 the A/C cost isRs.35000/-, after 04.03.17 the price may be vary(may chance to increase)
              Urs emplye advised me to wait up to monday(06.03.17) becasue sunday he will not get reply from his offcie he will get conformation regarding mismatching Account, after that he will allowme to purchase A/C.
              I would like to know in india lot of sureshs may be urs users/ customers, how urs employee will compare my accounts with other suresh accounts. what way i am concerned or i am responsible for other accounts.My emi i am paying, my account detailes are vary, Kindly give reply.Any mistakes please pardon me

              Respected Sir / Madam: I am true taxpayer. I have taken Two Telivisions through Bajaj bajaj emi card from Yeshwant pur Metro shopping mall bangalore, .the EMI payment is deductuing from my salary. If go through my statemnt details u will come to know.Earleir i had takne freze and washing machin and the loan was cleared.Yeter day I went to Same Metro shooping mall, yeshwantpur, bangalore for purchasing Split A/C, they advised me to select the model etc and after selection the model, they have collected my card detailes and advised me to pay two emi initial i.e Rs.7500/-, I agreed for that, after 10 minutes over, one of the Bajaj fiance employe named as Ram prasad( Emplyee him self told that his name was ramprasad) told me that my account got some miss matching, another person named suresh has not payed his emi payments, my name is also suresh so they have to confirm my balance details form bajaj company.I have requested them to chekc my account detailes and emi payment on the spot and allow me to take A/C, they have verified my Account details and came to know that i ma paying EMI, eventhough ur employees refused to take me A/C, they replied that they are sending mail to baja company and for getting reply it will take 2 dys becasue sunday is comming in between.Finally they were not allowed me to take A/c, they treated me worest customer. Yester day the cost of the A/C is 35000/, but metro emplyess are saying that the cost may bevaried from sunday onwards i.e Rs.37000/ two thousand extra who will pay, because o[censored]rs employee dealy my proceess was got late, if he tries to contact his head office immediately he may chance to get positive reply, on the spot he would have got some solution.
              I would like to do ask one question ::In urs bajaj customer - many having their name as suresh, then how will be i am responsinle for their emi payment, on which basis urs employess are questioning me (2)Ur employes denied to solve the detailes on the spot they replied that because it was saturday night around 20.30 and next day will be saunday, they are sneding mail to company after confirm the reply on maonday they will try call me to purchase A/c, but the cost may be vary.(3)i requsted to give print out of the missmatching account detailes, simply they replied that their printet is not working,
              Any mistakes please pardon me, Kindly adivse ur employees to try to identify who is the correct customer and who is the true emi payer, dont create problem to good customer.
              My intention was not to make compliant on urs employees, oftenly mistakes will be happen either side, but it should be solve by positive way, yester day lot hope i went to purchase A/C, becasue o[censored]rs employee negative attitude/approch ihave not purchased the same.

                Dear sir/madam,
                Reference is made to above mentioned personal loan account No. 418OPL18634441.

                I have taken a personal loan (418OPL[protected] for Rs 75568 which is offered by Bajaj Finance bonus loan in the month of 4th January 2016 said loan have been approved with an EMI of Rs 3, 618 . As you know very well, not a single EMI against this loan has been bounced so far .

                Main purpose of during your attention by this message is, when the time of sanctioning this loan, I was given a policy bearing No. 418LIP33293254 for a premium of Rs 2, 222/- . Though I was not interested to take the same, your executive was convinced me a lot by promising that the said policy is given on free basis and no further payment need to be made on a/c of renewal . However, I was surprised to receive a call from one of your employees asking me to make payment against the above policy . I told her that this was absolutely free and I don't want to renew any more . Even after I clarified everything she continued on calling me from different number (for e.g. [protected], [protected] etc) many times a day . When I stood firm on my decision of not renewing the policy she started abusing me using very foul languages.

                This kind of service/ behaviour was not at all accepted from such a reputed organization like Bajaj Finance .

                Hope you will consider it seriously and make your staff aware of behaving with your customers. Let me remind, this kind of dealing will definitely spoil the image of such a business organization like you .

                Looking to the above, I request you not to insist me henceforth for making any renewal charge as I don't want to keep this policy valid now .

                  My name is Subhash A. Sawant. My loan application number is [protected]. I got a call from Bajaj finanace for transfer home loan; I like the opportunity and transfer my loan in November 2016. Besides home loan the agent (Rakesh Yadav) said I can get top up amount if required. I was eligible for 9 lacs as per my income. I was required some money for personal use so I asked for the same. The agent said as all papers were not submitted at that time so i will get only some part of top up. He gave me a cheque of amount 3, 62, 240/- on approx 24 November 2016. He said i will get rest amount and virtual account once i will submit pending papers. I submitted all required papers to Bajaj finance on 19/12/2016 but still not received the pending amount.
                  After this i got a SMS in January to pay EMI of amount 8, 720/- for top up loan. I received only partial amount and the EMI charges for full amount? I have received only 3, 62, 240/- but paying EMI for for full eligible amount. I personally meet Mr. Zishan Siddiqui (Area sales manager) to resolve this issue. He said this will not happen in next month. But in February and March i got the same message and the amount is deducted from my account. Till date i have paid 26, 160/- for partial amount of top up.
                  I timely communicate this issue to Mr. Zishan and his team (Rakesh Yadav and Sujata) but no one is responding. I personally went to office 4-5 times and requested to resolve the issue but the issue is still pending. No one is responding the calls and not even calling back. I am very dissapointed by the behaviour and support.

                  My request to Bajaj finance to resolve this issue and refund my money to me.

                      Description of Incident:
                      The employee had called on a Sunday for reminding of repayment of loan. The employee used unnecessary words which hurt us. Three installments are pending. When we called again to know her name, the employee used abusive language and said that her name was Nithya and that we could complain anywhere. Though we had informed that we would pay the full loan amount by 10th of March 2017 ( only three installments pending), the employee used words such as fraud and ill- mannerly asked - When you could not pay 8000 RS. only, how can you pay the total amount ?.
                      Is this the way an employee of the collection center of an esteemed finance company would answer?

                        I took loan to buy philips led 50 inc tv. When i took this tv bajaj fiance guy told me that i would get 2 year extended warranty. I opted of that. By putting 2500 rs. Now my tv have a problem. When i contacted customer care they shared around 5 to 6 phone numbers and everyone is saying there is no such extended warranty with your tv.                             I am from navi mumbai. Had purchased a tv and water purifier from bajaj finance due to some problem wit myaccount i was unable to release the payment through emi. I requested the finance company to accept the payments through cheque monthly instead of emi also i'm a regular payee. Today i got a call from one of the executive from bajaj finance informing abt my emi i informed her tht we r pying regularly through cheques also hv informed the executive but again the executive gave a call still i informed her tht we hv purchased 2 products please check once and will mk the payment on time but the executive was very much rude in terms of her language. Her name was khushbu and she gave me a call from the number[protected]. Is this the way your executives speak to your customers. How can you hire such executives.                               Iam a customer of Bajaj finserve from nearly 2010. On 03.03 2017 i applied for emi card online and paid for it online through the customer id portal. After a day I got a message "We regret to inform you that your EMI Preferred Card has been temporarily blocked as per terms and conditions of the company".

                              Please do the necessary and unblock the card. If cannot unblock, please return my money (Amount of Rs.349 received towards transaction no. HHMP[protected] on 3/1/2017 7:21:30 PM. Please check your email for more information . Thank you, Bajaj Finance)

                              Sir, it would be helpful if the customers are called and informed the reason for blocking the card as the toll free number of bajaj finance is not functioning and the chargeable numbers has long voice mesages and need to be in queue that takes nearly Rs.15 per call.

                                I have completed my emi due and paid the full payment, but even after that continuously money is getting deducted from account upto 5000 rupees has been deducted and i have conveyed this to my nearer branch but still there i did not a proper positive response. I want to complain against this and i want my money back at any cost..i hope you will satisfy the customer so that i can further use your loan again ..

I am very much irritated by the Bajaj finance worst attitude. It will be great if the calls are stopped.

                                    **** off, its almost impossible to talk to a customer executive of bajaj finserv. First call on chargable no then ther ibr will **** your mind and u will not get a right option to talk executive regarding your issue. Lowest ratin for customer satisfaction. Seems its easy to find god rather than the right person to whomsever I should concern of this ****ing company, I am regreating about my decision when I decided to join this nonsense ****ing company plan. Behave ur services or you will suffer one day, its a free advice.

                                      Hello! I Am Manas Painter from Airoli, Navi Mumbai.
                                      I was i need of money in February 2017, i searched on Quickr.com and after giving my contact details there, i received a call from [protected] named as Mrs.Ankita from Bajaj Finanace lending, she said me to send her my documents, so i mailed her my documents on her email ID [protected]@rediffmail.com. after sending documents to her i recieved a call that my loan in sanctioned with Rs.3 lakhs, but to get that money i need to pay Rs.10500(which is 3℅ of loan amount).
                                      Therefore i paid Rs.5000 on 17/02/17 and Rs.5500 on 20/02/17 as cash deposit in ICICI BANK Airoli, Navi Mumbai Branch for the account number[protected] account names as Future Solution.

                                      After my paying Rs.10500 i received a call from Transaction department spokeperson named as Mr.Vinit Sharma (mobile number - [protected]) he said the loan amount ill be transfered within 3 hours, but till today after 15 days my amount is yet not transfered and even those (Ankita & Vinit) dont pick up my calls.

                                      I also recieved email from them which screenshot is been attached below: i had also attached cash deposit slips in which i had deposited Rs.10500.
                                      I have orignal cash deposit slips l, if you need.
                                      If i dont get reply within 24 hours i would file a legal case against Bajaj Finserv and those two people(Ankita and Vinit sharma)

                                      Refund my Rs.10500 back or Transfer loan amount in my bank account.
                                      I need your help, i hope i would get reply as soon as possible.

                                      Have not answered calls or messages since then. I paid the amount of Rs 36525/- & i am sending screen shot of mail document & payment confirmation .
                                      i received a call from [protected] named as Mr.Rajiv from Bajaj Finanace lending . i mailed his my documents on his email ID [protected]@email.com. Mr Rajiv assured me the money would be in my account today.

                                      I was i need of money in August 2017, i received a call from [protected] named as Mr Rajiv from Bajaj Finanace lending, He said me to send my documents, so i mailed my documents on her email ID [protected]@email.com. after sending documents to him i received a call that my loan in sanctioned with Rs.1 lakhs, but to get that money i need to pay Rs.36525.
                                      Therefore i paid Rs.3000 on 25/08/17, Rs.7525 on 28/08/17, Rs 8500 on 31/08/2017, Rs 7500/- on 05/09/2017 amount transfer by SBI & Kotak netbanking & Rs 10000 on on 08/09/2017 amount transfer by paytm .His given Account Details is given below :-

                                        2)On my first installment on Feb 2017, I got message that my ECS mandate fail.
                                        So I personally deposited EMI amount in Thane branch.
                                        RectNO.[protected] Date 10/02/2017.
                                        2) Today I checked my Bank statement and I found that same amount was debited form bank on 2/Feb/2017 and 2/March/2017
                                        3) I inquired at my Citi Bank and they told me there were 2 ECS mandet registered in my account...

                                        Now...My question is

                                        1) Why 2 ECS mandete??
                                        2) What about extra money paid on Feb 2017??
                                        3) What is this RBL bank? Why and who allow you to provide my details to this bank. This bank delivered one debit or credit card from and I didn't took it...RETURNED it. Same thing I told to your phone executive. He is asking me to do this and to do that. Why should I do that?
                                        This bank sending me message that I have to pay for that credit/debit card.
