Dear sir,
I am sri krushna chandra sahoo, husband of the costumer smt. Narmada sahoo of a laptop purchased from the dealer nigam & swarjit world, at bhubaneswar, odisha, with bajaj finance loan, at the product cost of rs. 32000/-, & 1 year term loan, monthly emi of rs.2667/- & 4 months down payment and unusual processing fee was amounted to rs. 12001/- as was processed by the finance company agent, appointed at the dealer's shop. I deposited the full down payment amount, but the company issued the down payment invoice of rs.10, 668/- to me. I asked about the different amount in the invoice & non reflecting the various charges in the down payment invoice. But the company agent & the manager could not reply to my satisfaction. So i sent mail complain to the company grievance cell, we care. The complain cell officers asked me to send product invoice & down payment invoice copies, which i send several times. But the company officers are avoiding the matter saying to send the copies in jpg, again pdf and so on.
Therefore i request you to kindly take the inquire of the matter so that the excess paid amount i may get back and cheating trend of the company may stop
