Bajaj Finance — mandate failed charges

I have bajaj finance customer before 2018. I had four loans and all loans are cleared but i don' t no that after i received no due certificates i have some deductions from mandate fail chages 295*2=590rs in my account. But why i am loosing my money.

Please find attached copy bank chargers deducted from your side as per statement
Please refund my money

The Bajaj finserve bank apply charges TBMS on me . As I paid last six And more ECS regular .

I don't understand why charges apply on me 341 and 591 on 23march 2019.
