Bajaji — XCD 135CC Silencer issue

HI, I'd purchase my Bajaj new XCD 135CC vehicle on Mar 2009. I bought and riding not even two kilometer bike did not start, then I called dealer he came and corrected he said some wire was messed up. 2. After completing 3rd year Silence making more noise after drive 5-6 kilo meters, then keep coming more sounds, I went to service center they said we can't repair, replace only solution, later I went near by local bike mechanic center he told I will do but I may cost you 2k, then he corrected after 1 and half year later again same problem. this is ridiculous. 3. Gear issue, while driving if we go 2nd gear it's automatically shifts to Neutral. I will not recommend to anybody as NO resale value, no mileage and no worth of buy. Next I may buy Car but not Bajaj bike
