[Resolved]  Balaji — FRAUDULENT CREDIT CARD IVR TRANSACTION TO E-TECH SOLUTION (Dealatonce)

Respected Sir/Madam, On[protected] at 12:12 PM, I have received a phone call from No. [protected] as HDFC Bank Credit Card PayBack Department (Spoken Person Name - Priya). They informed me that my credit card reward points worth Rs.7000 will expire today, as i have not used the reward points long time. They offered me to provide the gift worth Rs. 6995 on www.dealatonce.com for that reward points with deduction of Rs. 6995 on my credit card. Also they promised that they will revert that deducted amount into my account in the next billing cycle. Some after time there is a call from +[protected]dealatonce representative) for the gift details. They have completed IVR Transaction to E-Tech Solutions, New Delhi with all details of credit card. I haven't received the purchase order to my email / mobile number and I confirmed from HDFC customer representative that they are fraud people and debited Rs. 6995 from my account. Immediately I have blocked my credit card on[protected] at 2:17 PM. Meanwhile i will apply for a new card through courier. This company might have people inside various banks and with the help of them, Etech is executing the transaction through phonebanking on bank's portal. The employe of the bank is revealing all the details...It is big fraud network

I have similar issue with ICICI bank and top of this bank has charged me redeemption service charges after two months (about rs hundred and add). These transactions are prompted by bank employee through phone banking.

They informed me that my debit card reward points worth Rs.9000 will expire today, as i have not used the reward points long time. They offered me to provide the gift worth Rs. 6999 on www.dealatonce.com for that reward points with deduction of Rs. 6999 on my debit card. Also they promised that they will revert that deducted amount into my account in the next billing cycle. Some after time there is a call from + [protected] (dealatonce representative) for the gift details. They have completed IVR Transaction to E-Tech Solutions, New Delhi with all details of debita card. Hello maddineni123 Same happen with me at deal at once Later we received the Goods at our place and then we called them and told that we are launching cyber crime complaint regarding you they told to return the goods and they will refund the amount once they get the goods back . Now they have switch down their phone number and not available, Mail is also not going to their id. I have got some information about this Deal @once .
If there is by any way we can unite and fight then let us know

After many complaints Banks are not serious to block this company because banks are get benefitted and encouraging these fradulant activities and also equally responsible. Legally they are also accountable.
Do not pay to banks...
