Hello Mr KK First thing how dare you say that we sell duplicate if you want you can complaint to Govt excise department which you can do online . And regarding MRP rates govt does random checking on rate violation and here in hi-tech city lot of IT employees work if we do violation there are lot of chances in complaining so don't dare to say that we sell duplicate liquor

Because I myself faced the rude behavior.
And regd. IT people you are saying, people are taking you for granted. You charge 2% on card transaction as well. Many IT people do not complain as you think that they are fool and you are taking advantage of that. Alcohol is consumed by non IT folks too and why are you stressing on IT people only. It is duplicate beer all around Hyderabad, not only you, so chill

Mr KK if you face that rude behaviour we are sorry about that I myself Pawan available at that store. About 2% surcharge on card is been discussion going with banks we too feel very bad about that. Bankers are charging for card transactions as we are running with 1.5% margin we have to charge that .Regarding complaint not only IT ppl it can be done by any individuals to excise department. Excise station is available at each n every suburbs. For IT ppl it is very easy to complain through online for duplication and as well as for rate violation. And one more I will look forward into rate violations been done by staff and one more thing now the outlet is open till 11p.m this is to control violations. So from my side any issues regarding outlet plz let me know and my no is [protected] pawan. I am sorry for rude behaviour done by the staff and we don't encourage rate violations it is illegal.
