Customer service is very very poor in Bala muruga bajaj KK nagar, Madurai Tamil nadu - 625020. worst representative with fake offers to fool customers. i am the one to raised query about their said offer of 599(includng general service + check ups+ engine oil change) but they keep on charges of separate things to fool customer. service persons make customer as frustrated and they doing happily this frustrated service. Even my father awarded as genuine customer in Bajaj. what is use of that... ?????? Please cancel this much of showroom dealership to sustain customers.
