Bangalore City Driving School — Whole Amount taken for LLR Renewal

I had taken a LLR Test in November and LLR was supposed to expire in May. But in April, I had applied for LLR Renewal. The driving school took the whole amount for the same. Also they didn't cover all the classes during driving class. The driving school took totally 11000 INR to get the LLR. They just loot people in the name of license.
