Leakage issue in Master bedroom

Open toilet drains from illegal public toilet on bda land is flown behind our house even after several complaints not fixed

People have built ilegal public toilet behind our house which is built on bda land and flowing open toilet drain behind our house. We had lodged complaint to bwssb and they had put drainage connection pipeline behind the house but people are unwilling to connect that drain to that pipe and flowing those drains as it is behind house gutter. No setback left of west side of the site

The site number 2362 of 6th block visveshwariah layout is in the process of constructing the property and has not let any setback on the west side of the property, And we are being the neighbour and owned 2363 of 6th block visveshwariah layout would be a huge problem in the future.
