Bangalore E Bill — Electricity bill is too high and why penalty and arrear is charges

I have paid my Bescom electricity bills on time but I have been charged with arrears in my current June month's electricity bill. Kindly correct the arrears or justify the amount in the bill.

And the bill is for may month is too high. I dont why we consumed less electricity in comparison to last month and the bill was for april month 752 and for may month 1326.
Please check. and as we can see in bill penalty and arrears are cherges. Why so even we always paid the bill on time.

And the bill of june is not generated online so how can we make payments.
