I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the disconnection of our electricity supply due to the removal of the fuse without any prior or on-the-spot intimation from BESCOM.
We recently shifted to the premises on lease and were in the process of linking our account for payment. Due to this transition, there was a slight delay in making the payment. However, we were not informed beforehand about the disconnection, which has caused significant inconvenience. Had we been notified, we would have addressed the payment issue immediately to avoid disruption.
We kindly request you to look into this matter and restore the power supply at the earliest. Additionally, we request that in the future, prior notice be given before taking such actions to prevent unnecessary hardships. Was this information helpful? |
