I received a message stating that need to pay rs 9077!!! For month 13 apr - 13 may 2018.

Initial bill handed over as hard copy during reading was rs 617 which was paid on 26 may 2018.

Checked in bescom web page, with detailed bill mentioning 'manual audit short claim - rs 9012" - i couldn't understand the reason for this amount in the bill.

The disconnection due date is 11 jun 2018. Request you to help me in resolving the issue.

I have paid the bill and the online bill portal says that there is no pending amount. However the home bill always shows arrears. I am unable to understand this!
