Bangalore Electricity Supply Company Limited [BESCOM] — Paid a bill twice

Tried to pay my electricity bill of RS 451 using G pay but the payment got failed, also the money was debited from my bank account and didn't get any notification from the billers side . After 12 hours i tried to pay the same bill using my friends mobile, this time the payment was success . now technically i paid the bill twice, can I get my 451 rs that has been accidentally debited
