As per the above details, Wrong violation raised on my bike that "Rider-Not Wearing Protective Head Gear". infact, that time i was riding with my sister and 1 half year old baby, but the ITMS Camera captured and raised the false violation/complaint on me.
please make sure the issue and resolve as soon as possible.
