I Have not violated traffic rules the fine is leaved me wrongly

I have wearied the head gear but in fine it shows

RIDER-NOT WEARING PROTECTIVE HEAD GEAR please recheck the photo again and cancel the fine accordingly.

I have attached the photo for your reference which i have downloaded form Digital violation.
