This driver doesn’t give space to people who wants to pass from right . Rides on the center of the road . I was at 30 /- & especially near the hospital I dint want to honk . I stopped by & asked the rider who was without a helmet why don’t you ride to the side . He was asking me what was the city limit ? do you have driving license? I tried to move on, still the individual overtakes from no where & slows down in front of my car again for 500 mts . It’s very difficult to drive on roads when people without responsibility drive - bike no KA04 JY 9270
