Bangalore University — 2004 supplementary results not announced

I am 2004 batch student where i has one backlog to write which i wrote the same year however the results where not announced for the same. I contacted bangalore university many times without any support in getting my results. Could you please help me with this as i have only one subject and the results where not out.
