Bangalore University — Application for issuing duplicate degree convocation certificate

Respected sir,
I ravindran rajkumar, son of rajkumar rajgopal resident of 68/17, doddiah layout, ulsoor, bangalore 560008, would like to request you to kindly provide me a duplicate convocation certificate as i have lost my original one issued by school. I need to apply for my passport and this is a mandatory document.
It is my humble request to you to kindly issue me a duplicate convocation certificate. I shall be very grateful to you for this kind favour.

Bangalore University — 6th semester marks after revaluation of a subject not issued after 6 months

I regret to say that the sixth semester marks card, after revaluation of Psychology VIII theory ( marks increased from 16 to 32) during Dec 2014 is not issued still after almost 7 months Maryam Mahliqa Reg No.11BCA41041
