Bangalore University — backlog clearance bbm from bu 1998 batch

BBM 1998 batch, Bangalore University. I have 2 backlogs in my final year. I have been meeting College and BU authorities since 2015 however have not been able to get any dates or direction on how I can clear these two papers. I was told that an initiative is been taken as a part of the BU golden jubilee to allow students to clear their back papers ... I visited the VC in BU and submitted a written application to allow me as a part of the initiative... I never heard from them ... I tried contacting them personally and over phone, no one was able to give me a date when the exams will be scheduled ... I have gone Piller to post and hit dead ends ...
