Bangalore University — Certificates regarding back paper clearance.

I had an urgent query based on university back paper certificates. Do we not get complete certificates(inclusive of marks of all the subjects that had been already cleared in the first attempt) AS WELL AS the altered back paper marks?? I have gotten only the certificate with just that one subject in which I had cleared the backlog. It will he highly troublesome for me to put that up in job interviews. I had cleared my backlogs before I completed my 3 years of B.Com in Kristu Jayanti College.Is there a process to apply to get complete certificates? I had cleared my backlogs before I completed my 3 years of B.Com in Kristu Jayanti College. My college refuses to communicate to me about this.
