Bangalore University — change of name

When i got the results online. There is always an error on my name and the displayed photo is also not mine. Which procedure should i follow to fix those things.
I m in 5th semester on an affiliated college to bangalore university called sea college of education.
My name is n goran fossou cedric emmanuel but on my marks card and online another name is written.
Please answer my request, i m very desperate.
