Bangalore University — degree certificate not received reminder 1

Address: 43/220, East Park Road 17th Cross, Adj. World Music Conservatory, 560055

Complaint no 2338915 already lodged several days back.
But i have not heard anything from bangalore university so far.
I request you to intervene and ensure that the needful is done as considerable time has elapsed and the thick-skinned personnel at the university are not serious in redressing the matter.
I have been trying since 2 years to get the degree certificate.
Passing the exam is one task but getting the degree certificate from this university is really a daunting task.
