Bangalore University — i didn't get result of international finance (bba)

I didn't get my result

This is the only subject which i didn't get my result, due to this i couldn't get the certificate i have try many times to call bangalore university helpline number but unfortunately they didn't respond..
Please dear help me out.
I want to do further studies
This is the question of my future
