Bangalore University — I didn't get results for indian financial system in 1st semester for b.com year 2017

I didn't get my 1st semester 2017 result theory paper indian financial system.in the portal of bangalore university it is showing * mark.. At present i'm in final year b.com 5th semester it is difficult for to me because of this problem i'm not able to attend campus interview at college. Kindly help in this regard.
