Bangalore University — Marks Card photo correction

I had submitted my original markscard for photo correction in the year 2019.
I have been visiting the university since then every 2-3 months but no one responding to my query and saying that my original markscard are misplaced. I have paid 5200 for photo correction.
It’ll be a great help if you could reprint my markscard with the new photos which I have submitted as my company is demanding for original marks sheet .
