Bangalore University — not issued convocation certificate on time

I have completed my b.com {finance} in june 2015, i have applied convocation certificate on 2016, most of my classmate gots their certificate that we apllied in the same time.. Most of the employers asked the certificate to show on the time of interviews.. Till today they didnot issued my certificate. There is nothing information about delayed of issuing my certificate.
