Bangalore University — Not recived 1st sem bbm marks card, i passed in the year feb-2014

Dear sir/madam

We are still waiting for the marks card, which is pending for a year of feb 2014, because of which, i’m not able to proceed further in my studies. Every time we call the college they say it’s not come from the university. I wanted to know why is this delay, wanted to do bbm which is pending now.
Plz help me,
