Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — Astronomical water bill

Address: #105 10th cross 4th main malleswaram, Mangala(opp: b p indian School)

Rr no N-148504. Billing for march for consumtion of 9000 litres was Rs 6300+ complaing was registered but after 15 days it was closed without any response. For April the bill is Rs 6773 for a consumption of 16000 litres. I have not paid these bils as they are erroneous. Can somebody look into this
