Bad 😕 It seems that Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [BWSSB] has not focused enough on responding to their consumers’ feedback. Because of this, many concerns and issues remain unaddressed, making customers feel ignored and dissatisfied with their experiences.
Since April 2008, the water meter ( Sub;Division S-275, Customer ID 31264, RR No:13332/mm) went out of order. We have registered a complaint with the Sub Division and contacted the Assistant Executive Engineer many times and contacted on phone. Nothing has been done so far. Even the meter reader stop coming to our complex and promptly send the bill stating "Meter Stop Working"

We have complained to the RT Nagar division of BWSSB reagarding non supply of water to MM Layout, Kavalbyrasandra since 15 days.
The water supply is very pathetic in our layout. The water trikles for few minutes once in a way and is stopped. We do not know how to cope up without water which is basic necessity for life.
Please take up the issue and release water in out layout immediately...
