I paid my bill for 410/- on 9 Oct 2019 from online pay bill option in bwssb website, as per below details: rr#: e-109297

and gateway is paytm. However, the above bill still shows as not paid in the bwssb website. Pls look into the same and credit the paid amount towards my bill.kindly update

My neighbour's are continuously wasting water. There water tank overflow on there terrace daily more than 4-5 hrs .
we try to inform them about it but no action taken on it.
