Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — bill payment issue

Dear sir/madam,

I would like to inform you, as i had paid the water bill amount of rs 2860 through online on 9th of september 2019.
The amount has been debited from my account on same day however the paid amount hasn't been reflected/ updated in the water bill.
