Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — Billing complaint

My Water bill is very very high since couple of months, though I raised complaint in Sahaya app, but couldn't get any resolution.

Earlier I used to get 700 per month, now it's 2300 rs per month. Pls escalate and help to resolve at the earliest.
