I have purchased the Subject house during 2004 from Mr. Mahadev Patil (who is Brother-in-law of Mr. L.S. Kandappanavar and staying nearby at Krishnappa layout Retd AEE BWSSB).
However, the billing was changed to non-domestic about 18 months ago, as I had rented the house for a school.
Due to heavy losses, the school has not paid the rent for more than nine months and also not paid the arrears of bills from BWSSB and BESCOM.
Now the school is closed since more than one month and I have paid the arrears of Rs 10063 on 09th January 2017 - after enquiry at your Sanjay Nagar & RT Nagar offices.
I was told that we can get the conversion in billing only after paying the arrears amount.
By the time, another bill is received (without updating the amount paid) for Rs. 11397
When I visited your office again on Friday, 13th January 2017, I was requested to pay only balance amount of Rs. 1334 by cheque (in view of new currency notes).
I have obtained receipt for the same as on 13th Jan 2017, and the same is updated in your records as on 17th January 2017
Since I have already visited your office more than three times and also since the conversion to domestic is very urgent, I request you to permit me to do the needful immediately, as I don't want to return empty handed once again.
Also, I will produce all documents for change of name (sale deed, khata, tax paid receipt, etc) to do the needful from your end.
Please let me know when I should visit your office, one last time - TO COMPLETE BOTH THE FORMALITIES WITHOUT FAIL.

First problem to be resolved is that customer care should be reachable. Second problem is to resolved the sanitary blockage.
